Inspired by classic guide frames and European alpine racing silhouettes, the Azzurro provides full-coverage protection from glare, spray, wind, and side light, all while Ombraz’s built-in cord system eliminates the pressure points and breakage issues associated with traditional sunglasses.

Constructed from TR-90 - a lightweight, ultra-durable, aerospace-grade frame material, and fitted with polarized ZEISS polyamide lenses, the Azzurro is ANSI-certified, RX compatible, and provides 100% UVA/UVB protection up to 400 nanometers. 

Upgraded ZEISS Tri-Pel lens coatings provide hydrophobic and oleophobic performance to repel water, oil, sweat, sunscreen, salt, and smudges while delivering world-class optical clarity.

The Azzurro features a revamped nose pad system (the same as our Refugio model)  - rubber ligature and rubber nose pads - which improve fit, grip, comfort, and stability in wet, hot, and high-output environments.

Accessory nose pad risers and side shields are currently not available for the Azzurro.

We plant 20 mangrove trees in Madagascar for every pair of Ombraz we sell. This sequesters 1,713X more carbon than is emitted to produce and deliver each pair, making Ombraz' the most carbon-negative product on the planet.

Sizing

Each of our 5 frame styles comes in two sizes.

Regular heads should go with any of our regular-sized frames.

Small heads should go with the Narrow Classics or Narrow Viales.

Large heads should go with the XL Tetons, XL Leggeros or XL Dolomites.
